- [Emgage Annual Report 2022](https://www.hilarystoddard.com/emgage-annual-report-2022/) - For their 2022 annual report, Emgage gave me full artistic license to create a digital retrospective of the year. I developed a motif that features an abstract take on the stars and stripes of the American flag. Among the patchwork of star and stripe tiles, I included extreme closeups of different Emgage team members and supporters. My vision was to create a modern take on the American flag, with Emgagers built into the fabric.

I used Spark AR to create a filter that places a COVID mask on the user's face. Tapping the mask cycles through several design options and lands on a random mask each time.
- [HEART Website Redesign](https://www.hilarystoddard.com/heart-website-redesign/) - I volunteered to redesign the website for HEART, a nonprofit that focuses on sexual health resources for Muslim Americans. The website features a robust resource library using Advanced Custom Fields. Built with accessibility in mind, HEART’s redesign creates an inclusive environment, with assets ranging from webinars to toolkits, infographics and more. The site’s tagging structure creates a helpful filter system on both the blog and resource library, to ensure the user finds what she needs quickly. An interactive US map shows each HEART campus chapter, along with campus-specific downloads and information for survivors of sexual violence. Pro bono project.
- [Marketing for The Body Shop](https://www.hilarystoddard.com/marketing-for-the-body-shop/) - The Body Shop asked me to create simple email animations to mirror their in-store special promotions. I designed a “spin the wheel” graphic and a “plinko” graphic that went out to thousands of email subscribers, generating a spike in traffic during the holiday season. Other materials I designed included Our Passion, the internal company magazine, product catalogs, store signage, and gift cards.

I designed the logo and several pieces of collateral for the newly formed Duke Center for Antimicrobial Stewardship and Infection Prevention. The logo combines Duke Health brand colors with a petri dish and microbes concept to create a unique and easily recognizable symbol.

I used the powerful Greensock Javascript library to allow the stories to come to life as the reader scrolls. This site has been featured on One Page Love.
- [ISPU Annual Report 2020](https://www.hilarystoddard.com/ispu-annual-report-2020/) - Nonprofit group ISPU (The Institute for Social Policy and Understanding) hit a roadblock with their annual report in 2020. Because of COVID, no events took place in person, which meant the only image assets were screenshots of Zoom calls. I suggested recreating those in charcoal, and they gave me the green light. In all, I drew 13 charcoal portraits, scanned them, and created a 16 page report with an authentic visual style.
